The My Studies timetable at Flamma should be substituted with the My Studies service

A new version of Flamma intranet will be introduced early next year. Its services will gradually transfer to a new publication platform, while Flamma’s functionality will change and its instructions will be focused mostly on the staff. Flamma will remain a channel open to all members of the University community, making it possible to keep track of decision-making at the University, as well as its strategic affairs and policies. If you are interested in University activities outside your own studies, you should continue reading news on Flamma.

The My Studies at Flamma should be substituted by My Studies -site before the turn of the year

Important practical changes in the redesign include the My Studies section of Flamma under Tools and its timetable, registrations and study rights functions, which are still used by many students. Our hope is that students will gradually start using the My Studies service instead during the autumn.

Instead of using the My Studies section and calendar in Flamma, you should already start using the timetable and study planning tool in the new My Studies service now, but no later than by the end of the term, before the turn of the year. The reason for this is that the new Flamma will be introduced in early 2019, while the old intranet will be gradually abandoned. Students should start using the new tools developed specifically for them.

We welcome wishes and ideas related to the development of the My Studies service. They can be submitted by clicking the Feedback icon in the bottom right corner in the My Studies service.
