- Elisabet Miheludaki, Founder and CEO of Amplaffy
As a matchmaker between talents and startups, Elisabet has handful of first-hand tips. She will tell us what kind of mindset and skills students are expected to possess in order to smoothly fit into start-up working culture.
Amplaffy aims to boost up efficiency of meaningful employment in startup careers by matchmaking talents with worldwide startups.

The Shortcut is the non-profit sister organization of Slush. Hanna will explain the star-up ecosystem, particularly, in Helsinki. She will introduce what the best ways are to approach to the Finnish start-up scene. What help and guide can student find from the Shortcut?
The Shortcut is a community-driven organization that promotes diversity as an engine for growth and enables new talents required in the startup life.
- Joh Orengo, Business Hacker of Grib
As an alumni from the University of Helsinki, Joh will share a story of his career path from sociology to the Finnish start-ups. He is an experienced specialist about reinventing one’s own mindset especially when the educational background is not directly related to the field of start-up.
Grib is a Helsinki–based startup company that offers maximum convenience in digital 3D modeling.
The talks in this session will cover what each company does and how international students can get involved in the company in particular or in the Finnish start-up field in general.
